
Developing Success: Michael Rosenberg
Michael Rosenberg,’67, is a Senior Vice President of Community Development Lending for the Northeast at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Michael brings over 40 years of experience in city planning and economic and housing development. He has held various roles throughout his career, including Assistant City Manager for Community Development for the city of Cambridge. He holds a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin and received his Bachelor of Arts from Queens College.
Michael serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Preservation Mass, Inc., a non-profit, information and advocacy organization for the preservation of historic buildings in Massachusetts. He is also on the Housing and Economic Development Committee for the Urban Land Institute. He was also the President of the Brookline Improvement Coalition.
