Noa Benjo '20 is a senior majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics.
Originally from Israel, she is a member of the Transfer Honors Program. She volunteers at Northwell Health, North Shore Hospital, and assists feeding patients as part of the Meal Time Mate program. After graduation, Noa hopes to start a clinical dietitian internship at a hospital and transform her passion for nutrition awareness and healthy food choices into a career to influence and improve people’s health. “As someone who moved to New York alone five years ago, I faced great challenges when trying to acquire the required education and experience. The support from Queens College and the scholarships I received allowed me to study, volunteer, and give back to my community. One day I hope to help others pursue their dreams, too.”
